To simplify patient care and ensure safety, clinical appropriateness, cost effectiveness and regulatory compliance, PharMerica establishes and maintains a computer database with medication profiles for each resident in every facility we serve. Using this data, we generate individual patient records detailing each prescribed medication.

PharMerica customers receive our basic record package, including Medication Administration Records, Treatment Administration Records, Physician Order Sheets and Psychotropic Drug Monitoring Sheets. Customers also have the option to select a more comprehensive package customized to meet specific needs. The records are formatted for easy documentation by facility staff as medications are administered.
